Treatment information
Rosacea is a long-term condition that can cause facial flushing, persistent redness and visible vessels. Cosmetic laser treatment may help reduce suitable visible vascular features, but it does not cure rosacea or address every symptom.
A personalised course may be advised depending on the pattern of redness, skin sensitivity and response to treatment. Temporary warmth, redness or swelling can occur. Results vary, and ongoing trigger management or medical treatment may still be needed.
A GP or dermatologist can advise on diagnosis and prescription treatment. Daily SPF 30 or higher, gentle skincare and avoiding known triggers may help control symptoms.
Clinical suitability, likely benefits, limitations and alternatives are discussed before you decide whether to proceed.
